Our Surveyors provide a wealth of expertise and surveying services, for landlords and tenants of industrial buildings, offices and retail premises. Our experience is mainly in dealing with different types of commercial property, including Schedule of Conditions and Dilapidations inspections. We are also fully proficient in CAD.
The use of drones and related technology is becoming commonplace among the surveying and marketing professions; CPMS are at the forefront and obtained their PfCO licence in order that they can provide better images for their clients as well as improved their impact on the environment.

Having been involved in securing Permitted Development Rights, we are well versed in making applications. We ensure we are up to date with all Building Regulations amendments and offer consultancy on Approved Documents.
